From Mortgage Broker to Salsa Maker
For years, Sean McMenamin spent his days closing loans as a mortgage broker — but his real passion was in the kitchen. He'd been making his signature salsas and sauces for friends and family for as long as anyone could remember, tweaking old recipes until they were just right.
Every backyard cookout, every taco night, every holiday gathering ended the same way: someone pulling him aside and saying, 'You need to sell this.' So he finally did.
Soul Patch Salsa Co. is the result of that leap of faith — a small-batch salsa company rooted in real recipes, real ingredients, and a whole lot of soul. Based out of Granite Bay, California, every jar is made with the same care Sean put into that very first batch he made for the people he loves.
